Timothy Note is the founder and principal attorney at the Law Office of Timothy S. Note, PLLC, a law firm based in Spokane and serving all of Eastern Washington State with effective representation in criminal defense matters, including driving under the influence (DUI) and drug offenses.

Mr. Note is an experienced trial attorney who has litigated a number of criminal jury trials from simple misdemeanors to serious felony accusations. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Mr. Note was born in Coos Bay, Oregon and raised in the southern Willamette Valley. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington.

Mr. Note is committed to the growth and development of his profession through his participation in the Washington State Bar Association, the Spokane County Bar Association, and the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has been married since 1996, and when outside of the courtroom enjoys pursuing the numerous outdoor opportunities that the Inland Northwest has to offer.
