I am Timothy S. Note and I am a criminal defense attorney. I devote 100% of my practice to fighting for those who have been accused of a crime in the State of Washington. I handle all types of criminal cases from misdemeanors to murders and everything in between.
I have extensive experience litigating the following charges, Criminal Traffic Citations, DUI, Domestic Assault, Harassment, Sexual Assault Accusations, Marijuana and Drug Charges, Theft/Fraud, and Serious Felonies. I am a trial attorney and go to trial several times a year. If I can’t settle your case in manner that you desire, then I will make the Prosecution earn whatever conviction they are seeking.
I am child of the Northwest, born in Coos Bay, Oregon and raised in the southern Willamette Valley. I received my B.S. in Political Science at Oregon State University, GO BEAVS! And my Juris Doctorate From Gonzaga University School of Law. I have been married since 1996. When I am not fighting for my client’s freedom I enjoy pursuing numerous outdoor opportunities that the Inland Northwest has to offer.
